Conference Schedule:

Our 2010 CDH Conference has been broken into 4 days:

Thursday, May 13, 2010 - evening pizza party

Friday, May 14, 2010 - CDH Support

Saturday, May 15, 2010 - CDH Research

Sunday, May 16, 2010 - CDH Awareness

You will be given a table to display your materials and data for the CDH Research sessions on May 15, 2010.

From 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, Researchers will introduce their projects so that parents can better understand what each study entails.

From 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm, CDH families will visit displays to sign up for CDH Research Studies.

You are welcome to stay for the entirety of the conference to meet families and sit in on discussions.

About Our CDH Conference:

All CDH Researcher facilities are welcome to send  up to 2 representatives to attend our conference.

CHERUBS does not charge a conference fee.

For safety and privacy of our members, you MUST be a member of CHERUBS to attend.  You may register for free at http://www.cdhsupport.org/members

Children are welcome and babysitting services will be provided during conference hours.   Volunteer babysitters are needed and all attendees who request babysitting are obligated to donate a minimum of 1 hour of volunteer time per child to help out.

The hotel offers free breakfast and shuttle to and from the amusement parks for those staying at the hotel.

Researchers and families are responsible for all other meals and all transportation, accomodations and entertainment.

We are happy to fill out any forms for education or job credits.

Make sure to register with us using the form below so that we can expect you and schedule your introduction!   Registration deadline is May 1, 2010.

Researchers are responsible for their own accomodations.  CHERUBS has a block of 20 rooms reserved at a discount rate at the Summer Bay Resort Holiday Inn Express.   They are available on a first come, first serve basis.    To book at $65.00 per night, you must reserve a room by April 13th.
